Tsohost is the trading name of Paragon Internet Group - an innovative company founded as a provider of reliable and affordable internet services, consisting of Cloud Hosting, Managed Servers and Domains. Initially set up in 2003, the company has gone from strength to strength over the past 13 years, enjoying strong organic growth. Through this, and the acquisition of other companies, Tsohost now hosts in excess of ½ million websites across our UK based hosting platforms.

Tsohost continues to operate under the same management team who started the company back in 2003. Our business model and ethos has not changed since the company was founded. Our primary focus continues to be on maintaining absolute customer satisfaction through sustainable pricing, proactively managed services, investment in hosting infrastructure and renowned customer support.

Tsohost is founded in London UK, as a reliable and affordable Internet services provider with the company ethos of "Technical Excellence and Great Customer Service".

2003


Tsohost changes business models from renting server hardware to fully owning the hardware.

Tsohost becomes a Nominet accredited registrar for .UK domains. As one of the top 20 sellers, Tsohost is regularly invited to take part in discussions with other leading .UK domain providers.

2004


Tsohost's first private data centre suite opens in London Docklands.
As connectivity improved later that decade, additional hardware was placed at locations on the outskirts of London - including Slough, Maidenhead, Staples Corner and Milton Keynes.

2005


Tsohost launches free telephone support, complimenting the already industry renowned email support.

Tsohost acquires ZestHost.com a US based web hosting provider.

2006


Tsohost opens another private data centre suite and relocates HQ to Maidenhead, Berkshire. This move enables staff to be near the data centre to handle any issues and to further the product offering of Tsohost, to include dedicated servers and managed services.

2007


Tsohost launches 'Cloud Hosting' and 'Hybrid Cluster' services.

2008


Tsohost's industry leading backup system is launched, giving every customer daily website backups that are stored in a separate offsite data centre.

All Tsohost data centre facilities become 100% carbon neutral.

2009


Tsohost extends support times to 24x7x365 days a year.

2010


Tsohost becomes a founding member of Paragon Internet Group, one of the UK's fastest growing hosting groups. Paragon also acquires Hostroute, a hosting brand that has been in existence since 2001.

Tsohost joins the London Internet Exchange (LINX), improving both the performance and reliability of the company's multiple data connections.

2011


Tsohost signs a £6.5 million deal to expand its data centre presence to Equinix (Slough), significantly expanding and improving connectivity between its existing 3 data centres.

Tsohost becomes an 'Accredited Nominet Channel Partner', meaning registrant ownership details (for all UK domains) can now be changed directly through Tsohost, rather than customers having to go via Nominet. Read more here

Tsohost becomes an 'ICANN accredited registrar' - gaining more flexibility to manage popular domain extensions.

2014


Tsohost's new Bulgarian support branch opens and a live chat team is created. Clients can now get help via phone, email, and live chat.

Tsohost extends its Cloud Hosting platform to Asia. A new state-of-the-art data centre location is opened in Singapore.

A concierge team is formed to help educate new clients on the tools and processes needed to manage their websites.

2015


Tsohost extends their phone support hours. Clients can now talk to a support team member between 7am and midnight.
