If you’re new to tsoHost, you might be wondering about our name. You might have noticed it’s a palindrome, reading the same backwards as it does forwards. It was designed to convey our dedication to knowing the hosting industry from back to front.
So how do you pronounce it? The first three letters are spoken individually, and the Host is said as one word. Now you know!

We become an official registrar for .uk domains.
We beef up our customer service offering by launching a free phone line in addition to ticket support. We also expand, bringing US-based hosting provider ZestHost.com under our wing.
The red ribbon is cut on our private data centre in Maidenhead, Berkshire. The team relocates to be close by.
We have two drumroll moments, launching our cloud hosting and hybrid cluster services.
We become industry pioneers, launching our cutting-edge backup system. All customer data is now securely backed up once a day.
We soup-up our support, expanding ticket support hours to 24x7x365.
A year full of red letter moments. We partnered with US-based hosting brand Hostroute.
We become a founding member of Paragon Internet Group.
We join the London Internet Exchange (LINX), improving the performance and reliability of the company's multiple data connections.
Most crucially of all, our data centre facilities become 100 per cent carbon neutral.
We sign a £6.5 million deal to expand our data centre presence to Equinix in Slough, supersizing and streamlining connectivity between our three existing data centres.
Our support offering gets even stockier as we take on 20 new team members.
We give back by offering free cloud hosting to all UK registered charities.
We have another party popper moment as as our first fully-owned, state-of-the-art Tier 3+ 2N data centre opens in Slough.
We launch our tsoHost University training programme to ensure our support team offers nothing less than upper echelon service.
We get a change of address as our whole team moves to a new office to be closer to our physical hardware.
Cakes get cut and corks get popped as we celebrate our 10th birthday.
A new ace migration team is founded, offering assisted migrations for everyone looking to move to tsoHost.
We add a new string to our bow, as we become a Nominet Accredited Channel Partner, meaning we can now directly change domain details, rather than needing to go through Nominet.
We get the keys to our second office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Singapore becomes our first data centre location outside the UK. Dedicated server customers can now host their environment in Singapore.
We supercharge our support services again by launching live chat between 9:00 and midnight.
Due to demand, we extend those live chat hours, opening at 7:00.
