National Customer Service week is a national campaign that’s run every year by The Institute of Customer Service to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy.

The ICS puts on a series of courses and workshops and provides a range of resources that businesses can use to celebrate the week themselves.
