If you are accepting card payments (or other sensitive data) via your website or simply want to give your users an extra feeling of security with a padlock icon in their browser, then you might want to consider an SSL certificate.

SSL will allow users to access your website via HTTPS (https://www.yourdomain.com).

To order an SSL, log in to my.Tsohost.com, click 'Place A New Order' and choose Additional Services from the drop-down menu. Once you have ordered your SSL certificate it will be set up within 24 hours.

Important: If your site still points to your old hosting provider or if you are using a custom MX, you will need to set up a mailbox with the name ssladmin@yourdomain.com and either forward this to sales@Tsohost.com or check it yourself. A confirmation email will be sent to this address when the SSL is provisioned so that the CA (certificate authority) can ensure that you own the domain which the certificate is being purchased for.
