Is there a minimum contact period?

For shared and reseller hosting, we do not tie you in to a minimum contract. If you do not pay your bill we will send automated reminders, but then we will take your site offline. We can only keep our prices so low because we do not have a manual collections team.

We also believe strongly in the quality of our products. Our customers tend not to leave and we can convince you to stay by the strength of our service and support.

If you do want to leave we won't make it difficult for you. As you may come back to us in future.

On virtual and dedicated servers we only ask that you give us 30 days notice. Often we have to cover any licences and software in advance for you and this covers our costs.
