Though you can start the ordering process for any of our products through our main website, you can also do so swiftly and easily through your Client Area. If you are interested in purchasing Addons for products you already own or are unsure of where to go on our website to purchase a particular product, then our Client Area order page is the best place to go
Once you have logged in to your Client Area simply click the “Place a New Order” button on the right hand side.
From this screen you can order any product we offer.
Simply select the general category the product you're interested in purchasing belongs to using the Product Category drop down menu.
For the majority of product categories you will see the product on the left, a small “i” which will give you more information about it, a drop-down menu where you can select which billing cycle you would like to purchase the product with (monthly/annually/biennially etc.) and finally the order/buy now button.
If you are interested in purchasing, transferring or renewing domains however the page will be slightly different.
To Register or Transfer a domain select the “Domain Registration” category, from here you will be able to select either Register or Transfer and let us know which domain you're interested in registering or transferring.
To Renew a domain select the “Domain Renewals” category and from here you will be able to see all of the renewable domains you currently have, how many days left of their current registration they have and you can choose how much more registration time you would like to purchase for a domain.
And it's as simple as that!
