How to Change the Document Root for an Add-On Domain

Step 1: Login & Navigate to Addon Domains

Login to your cPanel account and click on the Addon Domains icon under the Domains tab.

Step 2: Select Addon Domain

Locate your chosen Add-On domain, click the edit icon at the end of the current document route. A customisable file path will appear.

Step 3: Input Path

Edit the current file path to direct to where you wish the document root of the domain to be. For example /public_html/newfolder. To finalise click Select.
