What Is The Cancellation Period?

You can cancel your hosting account with us at any time.  To do this you will first need to:

1.  Log in at https://my.tsohost.com/

2.  After this you will need to go to My Products and Services and select Manage beside the product you want to cancel.

3.  On this page, you can select Request Cancellation.

4.  On this cancellation request page you will just need to confirm that you want to cancel the product and you can opt to give us a brief reason for your cancellation if you would like to.

After this your cancellation request will come through to our Support team and we will process it for you.
