If you have multiple accounts with us and you are finding it difficult to manage more than one account, we can merge the accounts for you. Unfortunately this is not something that our customers are allowed to do so you would need to contact our customer support team by submitting a support ticket.
What is the procedure?
First of all we would need verification for security reasons. We would require you to submit in a support ticket via your client area from both accounts. Once this is done we will be able to merge the accounts for you.
