Bundle products can be claimed as long as the hosting plan or server giving entitlement to that product remains active, with the exception of bundled migrations, which can only be claimed within the initial term of the package (i.e. within the first month, quarter or year, from the date of purchase)
Bundled Domain Names and SSL Certificates are offered on a one-year basis. All renewals will be charged at tsoHost’s standard rate.
Bundled domains are only offered on annual and biennial shared Cloud Web Hosting plans.
Bundle Migrations are offered on a one-time basis to customers that purchased a product prior to 6th June 2023 which included a migration.
Bundled products have no monetary value and cannot be refunded, exchanged for service credit or used to offset the cost of a more expensive product.
Bundled products may only be used by the customer who is entitled to them. They cannot be moved to another account.

Customers must terminate any bundled products prior to the end of the first year to prevent auto renewal (excluding bundled products which include Professional Email).
Individual cancellation request must be submitted for the entitling product and all active bundled products.
Domains with free Professional Starter email purchased on or before 17th October 2022
Where you purchase a domain name which includes a free Professional Email Starter plan for as long as your domain name is registered with us, and you cancel or do not renew the domain name, the Professional Email Starter will also be cancelled on the same date as the domain is cancelled. Should you wish to retain Professional Email Starter you will need to upgrade to one of our paid plans.
Domains with free Professional Starter email purchased on or after 18th October 2022
From 18th October 2022, when you purchase a domain name which includes a free Professional Email Starter plan, it will be valid for one year from domain registration. After the first year, Professional Email Starter will be automatically renewed at the then standard rate, this can be cancelled at any time.
