Data Centre Build: Inergen Fire Suppression System

It has been a busy week at the Tsohost HQ, the once empty data hall is starting to resemble a Data Centre with the installation of raised flooring and room partitions. The latest team on site are Tyco, who are in the process of installing an Inergen Fire Suppression Systems.
Inergen is an extremely quick and effective gaseous fire suppression agent that consists of 52% Nitrogen, 40% Argon and 8% CO2. When deployed into the air, it creates a mixture compromising of 67.3% Nitrogen, 12.5% Oxygen, 17% Argon and 3.2% Carbon Dioxide.
As well as being an extremely quick and effective, unlike other forms of gaseous fire suppression, Inergen does not create harmful toxic for humans, in fact it creates a relatively safe environment allowing plenty of time for safe evacuation. In theory, when deployed, Inergen will also cause no damage to hardware or infrastructure.
