Shining the spotlight on Denis B from our care team

Today, in the our penultimate blog celebrating National Customer Service Week, we find out more about Denis B.

Denis works in front line phone support at tsoHost, although his background is in analytical chemistry.

His areas of expertise include website hosting and development, email hosting and protection and cyber security.

He says his favourite thing about his role is helping customers grow their businesses.

When have you felt proudest in your role?

When I’m able to help my customers fast with their case and provide the best resolution possible.

What’s your favourite thing to do in your job?

I love it when I get to know my customers and have a personal touch with them and make them feel understood and appreciated.

Do you have any personal items on your desk?

Of course I do! I have quite a few plants around my computer. I also have a lot of motivational quotes to keep me positive and fresh.

What do you usually do with your lunchbreak?

It’s a great opportunity to get to know your colleagues better while enjoying lunch together.

How do you relax when you’re not in work?

I enjoy the company of a good book and a hot cup of Earl Grey

Do you have any hidden talents?

I wouldn’t call it a talent, but I like playing the piano in our choir.

What’s a fun fact about you?

I’m secretly a ski master, but don’t tell anyone.

What’s your idea of a perfect weekend?

Having a picnic by the lake with my significant other.

How techy are you outside of work?

If you count building custom PCs, then I’m kind of techy.
